What’s Verizon Custom TV Anyway

Verizon Custom TV is the company adapting to how its customers are actually consuming TV these days. Instead of paying a high price and getting a ton of channels that no one ever watches, you get to pick the genre and types of channels that you like and only pay for the ones that you actually watch. With each standard Custom TV, you pick one package from the selection of Action & Entertainment, Sports & News, Kids & Pop, News & Variety, Infotainment & Drama, Lifestyle & Reality, and Home & Family.

Most Popular Verizon Promo Code and Online Only Promotions

All Verizon Fios promotion codes and promotions are collected, analyzed, and then posted here. That’s good news because you should always look for a Verizon Fios promo code or available deals for the broadband service, as you will miss out on great bonus savings otherwise. Verizon Broadband offers some of the best promotions on internet, phone, and cable TV bundles in the country and if there are any Fios promotion codes currently available for customers to use, you will see them listed here.

Whether you are an existing or new customer, you should see for yourself whether you can use a Verizon promo code to get a discounted rate on your internet or cable TV service today. Make sure you commit and sign up if you find a deal you like though because Verizon promotions expire and you don’t want to regret it after the fact. The offers below were updated in April 2024 so the promotions are all current.

Other Verizon Promo Code and Fios Promotion Details

Verizon is a full-service broadband service provider with high speed internet, landline, cable TV, and cell phone offerings. Their services are generally top notched. In fact, the actual bandwidth of the Fios service is routinely faster than their advertised rate and it stays that way even during peak hours of 8 pm to 10 pm so it’s a company that I highly recommend. If you are looking for deals, hopefully, these Verizon promo codes and coupons will help.

Note about The Verizon Promo Codes or Fios Promotional Codes

It seems that everyone is asking about the Verizon promo codes in the comment section. Note that when they are available online and I learn about them, I will for sure add them to this page. However, I don’t have any in my back pocket or something so there is no need to type in the comments to request the codes. When I have any, I will post the promotion codes on the page for everyone’s benefit. Also, I encourage others to share the codes if they know of any available too.

Most Requested Verizon Promotion Codes

For whatever reason, everyone keeps asking about the Verizon promotion codes for the standalone or Fios bundles here so even though there aren’t any available right now, I’m summarizing the top 3 popular requests here so you know which services people are interested in. These Verizon promo codes are in no particular order:

  • Verizon Fios Double Play or Triple Play Promotion Code
  • Verizon Free Extreme HD Promotion Code
  • Promotion Code for Free HD Service like Extreme HD or Prime HD

Which codes would you like? Which services are you interested in?

  • Wlliam Curtis says:

I was a Verizon customer at Breezy Point, NY for years until hurricane Sandy & fire almost destroyed our house. I’ve recently been receiving mailings of offers from Fios (5 to be exact) for bundles. One is from the desk of Anne E. Hogan Executive Director, Fios.
    It offers me 50/50Mbps Internet
Custom TV and ability to pay for desired channels
    Crystal clear HD picture Quality
    Home phone with unlimited calling
You’ll get 50Mbps internet, Custom TV and home phone for just $50/Mo for yr1,$60/Mo for yr2 with a 2-yr agreement
Your home is already wired, so switching is easy etc.
But I haven’t been able to have anyone from Verizon help me on the phone nor can I find anything good on the Internet.

I’m trying to give Verizon money and can’t accomplish it. HELP!

  • Richard Berkman says:

Verizon adheres to the adage “there is no business like new business.” I have been with them for 6 years and now at renewal time, the rate for 5oMbps internet, phone, and prime TV (220 channels) with a multi room DVR and 2 set top boxes is $154.88 with taxes and fees. The promotion rate is not available to existing customers.

  • Mike Wallace says:

FIOS is the only game in town where i live so every bit of savings helps

  • Mark Wallner says:

    Of COURSE they don’t give you the same deal when you renew. That’s the point of their “Special Deals”; they are discounted -like a special sale -to get you to try their service. BUT… they should be much clearer about the future costs upfront. I have spent several hours on their website reading fine print and poking around, and this is what I’ve found;

What you can do is go to their website and act as though you’re going to order a package. You select all the options you want and click “Continue”, and they will print up a projected bill, with all the taxes and fees, and listing all the included discounts and the length each discount lasts. (Some are 24 months, most are 36 months)
If you add all the discounts back onto their projected first-year rate, you will get the rate after your contract expires, barring any rate changes in the meantime.
From what I’ve seen, the rate goes up by about $85, but I think they give you a couple of “Loyalty Discounts” if you request them. Something like $40. I don’t know how long those discounts last, or if you can get them each time you renew or not.

Good luck! (BTW, my experience with Verizon rep.s for telephone service is that they are not necessarily very competent. I would not trust anything they say which you don’t also get in writing.)

  • Darlene Lamere says:

I was a loyal customer. I am on a set income. I am interested in triple play for 2 tvs plus dvrs. No installations fees at all. Can you match Att’s offer?

  • LKR says:

Verizon FIOS in the ONLY provider in our neighborhood. Funny that not long after they installed FIOS and did a full sales push up and down the streets, the cable provider is no longer offering service so Verizon is the only option. And doing a quick search online, the two companies are “partnering” in many areas–partnering to make sure we pay premium prices.
Why is it as a current customer I have no access to all of the ‘bundle’ options or stand alone services when I ‘shop’ online? Instead, they shoehorn me into a bundled package that packs fees and equipment charges all over the place. Seems awfully like a monopoly and why the govt broke up Ma Bell years ago.

  • Kate Mulligan says:

Why is Fios so expensive? Doesn’t Verizon realize that they’ll make more money by charging less to a lot more people? And if the equipment is necessary, why don’t they just add the minimum equipment necessary in the initial charge, rather than promoting really low service prices and then disappointing people by making it cost prohibitive once equipment is added.

It’s so sickening that cable TV is just one more thing that is on it’s way to being a “rich people only” luxury even though the people who need it most to improve their quality of life are the elderly and disabled who are stuck in bed or just in the house all the time. I hope there is a way, soon, to get the equivalent of cable via the internet so that these huge corporations that enjoy squeezing the last pennies out of people with low or fixed incomes can find out what it’s like to be on the losing end for once.

  • Ramesh R. Patel says:

Our Verizon Service contract is expired last month. We are on month to month service of Verizon. Xfinity/Comcast going to install cable to day. If you offer for double play (Internet+TV) package with good price, we will continue your service. However, we must know your offer today only before comcast start their service. Please, send us your offer via email. Thank you.

    Ramesh

  • KML says:

There is no $350 or $400 Visa even when you click on the links provided on this site – it is only $300 at most. The fine print states funds don’t expire however fees do apply and Verizon will not disclose what those fees are either via chat or on the phone claiming they don’t know what they are.

The new so-called packaging of channels means that you are being forced to buy a pack usually because you want just one channel in each. Does this seem deceitful? yes. Cost effective? no. Confusing? yes! It makes you feel as though you are now paying [extra] for channels like Fx, Nat Geo and Nick Jr. when it has previously been included.

  • Scot says:

Been with Verizon Fios since they came to my area. Contract expired and I asked to do the same one again. They said no and jacked my rate up about $50 a month for same service. They want the customers to be loyal yet show NO loyalty on their end.

  • Oscar says:

Same story as many others. Wanted to sign up with Verizon for a Fios
bundle but could not get bottom line numbers on costs. I wonder how
many consumers go for these “teaser” prices only to find out that they
have been “suckered” into an unaffordable deal. Also, whatever happened
to the idea that a Company’s reputation in the marketplace is essential
to their growth and profitability. Meanwhile, I will struggle along with
what I have until I find a straight-forward and honest deal.

  • kaythegardener says:

I’ve gotten time to declutter by cutting out TV… If there is something really interesting, I watch it on my computer or at a friend’s house. My goal is to downsize enough to have an extra bedroom to rent out to bring in some extra monthly money.

  • ifc issue says:

Verizon cant get their act together. Have a plan with IFC but don’t get IFC ondemand unless you have HBO ondemand even though one has nothing to do with the other.

  • Led Soroca says:

Verizon loyal customer does not exist. After my current plan expires they want/$50 a month more increase for my same plan. No exceptions! Have to switch back to cable. Verizon sucks.

  • Geoff says:

So I’ve been with Verizon for over 2 years. The promotional price goes out the door. Just threaten to leave and they should bring it back down. More than one person has told me how they have a cheaper bill.

  • William Mallory says:

We love Verizon because they work with there customers with there bill and service .Comcast will turn your cable off if u 28.00 late. So stay with Verizon .

  • no deal says:

IT SHOULD BE NOTED that the so called 74.99 preferred triple play is no longer available in all areas. When I select the link, it takes me to their new basic 30 plus two custom packages plan. This a la carte method of buying cable is NO cheaper than buying cable the traditional way.

  • john mcginn says:

I am interested vorizon for a bundle deal 85383

  • Herndon VA says:

Verizon is suck, they increase my bill every month without notify, they bill me all the TV channels that I did not order and when speaking to the billing department they cannot help anything. I wanted to cancel the TV only keep internet service, they will fine me $170 to break the contract and the internet fee will increase more than what I pay now $110. Need your help to find a better provider in Herndon VA 20171, Comcast is not in Herndon VA. I need to find a better provider who is not cheating and take care of customer issues . Thanks.

  • Copa America 2015 says:

Verizon really sucks!!! I have been a loyal customer with currently 7 devices. My bill is $300.00 range. I tried to do a line reduction on one line cause my daughter got her own plan, their reply was $300.00 early termination fee.

  • Fran Parker says:

I have the bundle (TV, landline, cell, and a computer) but at 76 years old it is hard for me to pay over $200 a month. I heard on TV that FIOS customers can pick and choose channels in order not to pay for the ones we don’t use.

I would like to take away the sports and cooking channels. Will that help we with the cost of FIOS?

Awaiting your answer. Fran Parker, 61 Wyandotte Avenue, Dumont, NJ

  • webo says:

It would appear the $74.99 plans are gone. Once you click through the links on verizon’s site, Now as of 4/24/15 they offer just a $69.99 plan with 2 bundles, and you must pay $10 a month for any additional channels, which means $89.99 a month if you select just a smattering of popular channels.

  • Cheryl says:

Verizon really sucks!!! I have been a loyal customer with currently 7 devices. My bill is $300.00 range. I tried to do a line reduction on one line cause my daughter got her own plan, their reply was $300.00 early termination fee. I tried I’m a loyal customer, they don’t care, when my contracts are up I’m going elsewhere.

  • Joseph Harney says:

So why does FIOS start at 70 bucks for internet only. their 25/25 plan is 70 bucks in NYC. What happened to speeds 5/5. 10/10 and 15/15 for those that cannot afford to pay 70-75 bucks for 25/25 ( which is over kill in speeds btw ).

TWC in new york has a 3/1 plan for 15 dollars ( should be 5/1 or 5/5). I
have it. I have No issues streaming and playing games at all. The high
speeds they say u need You DO NOT need. Total OVERKILL.

If you have 200mbs and attach to Adobe, Microsoft, etc for Downloads –
guess what. Ypu wont be doing it at 200 mbs, you’ll be lucky to 500-800
kBs – that’s less then 1 ( ONE ) mbs – so what happened to your other
299 mbs downstream. Why would these companies allow you to hog there
banbwidth with Millions of people using it at the same time – LIKE STEAM
for game – or Playstation that will have DLC ( Digital Download Content
or Downloadable content- means no DVD for you ) sooner or later.

Remember the people on Fix incomes, disabled and low income people cannot afford to shell 70-80 per month for FIOS if they ONLY want internet access
    only.

I been in the MIS/IT for 30 years – seen the 300 baud
modems to today’s tech, There is such a thing as too much bandwidth. Who
need 300mbs down. No one- except the downloaders. Nothing wrong with
that. But you need to reach out to everyone who needs the internet to
find work, or whatever they need it for.

The internet Must become a utility for everyone. Not just for Verizon,
Comcast etc. who do Fix speeds for Netflex or even you if they feel like
    it.

Did you know Verizon cherry picked rich areas
to run Fios ! Come on enough of the BS. have plans starting at 15 dollars for 5/5
dollars up to 300/100 if you think you need it. BUT allow others to enjoy and inform themselves on the Internet as well. Not just for the Rich.

I’m not a TWC ( soon to be Comcast – i hope not ) – but at least they have a plan for the low income people. 15 Bucks per month and no contract.

Just so you know – i have 5 computers and i have No issues on 3 mbs down. It is all Hype u see on those TV commericals. Upload speeds is or File and FTP servers ( and Hosting sites ) NOT for the average Joe. You’ll never use it all.

Get real people and think !!! Do you know how much the south Koreans pay for the internet which is faster then our faster plans – 1,000 Mbit/s, at $20 per month.

Google this — south korean internet plans
    ah ha. Nuff said.

  • Bill says:

Another utter lie by Verizon. It says on their website, you can watch selected TV shows on their mobile app while you wait for installation. Now they say you can’t watch until AFTER installation.

  • Another Fios user says:

I agree with Obi, we’ve been with Verizon for 4 years and the only reward we get is a bill that keeps rising each month. So much for loyal customers. Where is our special rate?
    JUST A WARNING TO ALL!
I’m ready to try Comcast again!

  • M. Jackson says:

Why are you required to have a box for your TV when they are “cable-ready” TVs? Oh yes…just another way to get more money out of you!

  • Theresa Marcoot says:

I received something in the mail saying free HBO for a limited amount of time for me. I cannot find that letter. Can you please research and let me know the dates the offer is for. I also chatted online with a FIOS representative on 3/12/15 about the very limited space on my DVR. I was told I could purchase a DVR with much more space for a one time cost of $49. What phone number do I call for this. Also our remote is not working well. We change batteries and soon we’re having trouble again. Whenever we try selecting something …. it takes awhile and a few trys to get it to work. There has been no changing of furniture or moving the DVR, so that isn’t the problem. Thank you! Theresa Marcoot, Winchester, CA

  • Dave says:

I just sat on chat with Verizon for 80 minutes trying to get my bill lowered from $190 per month. The result? The new 2 year agreement would cost about $200 per month – nice!

They’re becoming the new Comcast. What a joke.

  • Allan says:

I just tried to chat online for pricing. All they do is gather marketing information and answer no questions about pricing whatsoever…

  • Anand narayanan says:

I just canceled my fios internet. I switched to cox but did not like the service. I just checked back fios deals. My same service is available at 45$ discount. Verizon was just fleecing me.

  • Nick says:

Agree with everyone on the scam verizon is pulling. They will only increase my monthly bill once my contract expired. They would not budge on any kind of loyalty discount. They wanted me to stay with the same service and pay MORE!!! WTF?? They suck but they are the only game in town. I ended up going with the forced upgrade in service which translated to a $20 per month increase. I feel violated.

  • Knoid says:

To answer the equipment charges: For DVR $11.99, second TV support takes it to $19.98, Third makes it $27.97. Then if you use the Quantum equipment/service, it is another $22 per month. But if you use the regular DVR service, it is $11 per month.

  • Emily says:

Enter promo code: BRENN031VZ at checkout to receive 5000 reward points when you sign up for Fios! Trade in the 5000 points to receive a $50 gift card of your choice (including Amazon, Target, and many more)!!

  • Paula Maxwell says:

Do you keep track of deals back to August 2014. We are positive we signed up for the $400 triple play. The person on the phone said it would take 3 billing cycles. Now that the 3 cycles are up, they are telling us that they never offered that program in August.

  • Florence Temayo says:

    What is Fios?

  • Peter says:

This may seem like a dumb question, but my 2 yr. contract just ended and I’m now on a month to month with them (and naturally the monthly bill jumped way up from my previous promo price for the Triple Play bundle). What’s to stop me from just terminating my current FIOS service and then signing up again with a new discount bundle?

  • chuck says:

Do these promotions & promo codes work reguardless of where you live in your state. Even in country area

  • Doodledogs2 says:

All these “great deals” only apply to new customers. I’ve been trying to change my triple play to a double play by dumping my land line — no go! Guess they don’t care about loyal customers; they’re just trolling for new accounts. Sucks!

  • ken11nyc says:

I totally agree with Verizon loyal customer. All we get is price increases. I have been trying to work out a deal with them – now paying $58 for FIOS 15/5 only. The only deal they offer to me is $84.99 for 50/50M. No 25/25, 35/35 or 15/15 despite they advertise matching speed for upload and download. Verizon a scammer. I am moving to time warner, as they offered me 20/1 at $45.00. Booo to Verizon.

  • Pamela Lipscomb says:

Thanks so much for this information on these bundles with Verizon. Like everyone else, I started my services with a great deal, but now my internet costs more that my cable package. I think it is wise to change providers, even if you save money for just a year or two. You can always change to another provide after the special period ends. Thanks again!

  • Gfunk says:

JOHNS277VZ and get rewards points that can be used towards gift cards and such…

  • Chutuo says:

I wonder how this goes. When I signed up I paid about $50 for internet only. Now a few years later, it is a whopping $75 for 1 speed increase. I have been on the chat with Verizon support 8 times to try to get the promotional pricing with no luck. I have actually considered going back to Comcast, but that is a whole different story, and endeavor for that matter.

  • Potential Customer says:

FIOS Promo Codes listed above don’t work… Also, they change their pricing depending upon whom you talk to. Offers sent in mail differ from quotations over phone and on internet.

  • fios customer says:

$15 For Fios Internet And $25 For Fios Bundles
Details: $15 for Fios Internet and $25 for Fios Bundles with code GAJJALA002VZ

  • wayne says:

gee, all excited that my ‘cut the tw cable’ dilimma could b solved…..but alas, no verizon cover in my area!!!!

  • Anne Ramirez says:

Help Please!! I gave up my internet & cable with Charter of $133.07 plus my Verizon bill of 2 services of 2 phones my cell and my landline phone which was $93.46 which equals a total of $292.31 because it was too much and now with my Ellipsis Jetpack box & phone box though small it’s costing me $159.24 and this last month a whopping $165.72 if I can’t afford $133.00 for both devices so certainly I can’t afford what I’m payment Verizon for 2 services and no internet too especially if the billing period is not consistently the same each month and is based on how much gigabyte I use each month because videos run even if I don’t click on these or not. So
I have a huge dilemma. I needed my phones and internet an WiFi to get WiFi plus it would be appreciated if I could have TV’s working which I have 2 TV’s. What are my options and what are the hidden costs?? Once again I say HELP!!! Anne R.

  • Obi says:

Your reward as a loyal Verizon customer is a price increase, when your contract is up. New customers get a much better deal. What a disgrace!

  • Catherine says:

    Hi,
I just have a question, How much is the equipment when you sign up? What if you need more than 1 or 2 receivers (if they use them). They talk about all these deals, but say equipment is extra? Why cant they say how much it is? That’s the only obstacle from me switching.. “hidden costs”! Do you get charged for the installation of “fios equipment” and equipment for internet/tv/phone??
they don’t tell you these prices, so how can you make a fair decision??
    Cathy

  • FiosUser says:
