If there are any AT&T or AT&T DIRECTV coupon codes available, then we will list them here. But the truth is that AT&T has not promoted a coupon code for signing up for their service in years other than offering movie coupon codes. The good news, though, is that the company still advertises the same amazing deals online without the need to enter any cumbersome and cryptic codes. Plus, you can now get promotion cards worth up to $50 on qualifying bundles when you sign up. They can afford to do this because AT&T is, in essence, passing on part of the commission they pay a salesperson to you. If you are looking for a new cable TV, high-speed internet, or home phone service and want to research the best AT&T promotions out there today, then you found the right place since this AT&T promo page will continually be updated with the latest coupons, deals, and promotions. In fact, the offers were updated in December 2024 so these are current offers.

A promotion that’s interesting right now is the current triple play offer because you can get a promotion card when you sign up for the deal. This free $100 promotion card is like getting a discounted rate every month. And plus, you’ll be getting the promotional card way before you’ll have to pay for future services too.

Enough of me talking though, and let’s get straight to the AT&T coupons.

Aside from the AT&T DSL promotions, there are AT&T Wireless discounts listed towards the bottom of the page too. If you came for cell phone deals, then scroll down for those. Also, There are some U-verse coupon codes AT&T specifically offers for its movie selection, which we list on this page as well.

The charges these companies have are highway robbery. I’m like many others where there are many channels we do not watch. I heard recently they are thinking about letting customers select programming ala carte. Have had Uverse since 2008. Has not been very pleasant. Number of dvr and receiver replacements, lag, signal loss, too many reboots to count. They do not remember these things. Just their cash flow. They have all these specials for new customers. I never see any for those who have been loyal for years. This have any relevance for promo deals? NO.. AT&T and alike are all money grabbers.

I’ve been a customer for several years since I moved to California. It was the only service in the area for DSL and cable was too much for me. During the time I was going to change my service (as other companies had better deals) but ATT gave me a $15 a month U-Verse plan that was a great deal. At least I thought it was.

The first 3 months I had U-Verse it wouldn’t work. I would try to browse websites but it would give me error messages. When I called customer support they told me to keep unplugging the power on my router to reset it. It wasn’t until a year later that the service was working properly.

The previous DSL service I had was unlimited and cost about $40 or so a month that I was happy with. I never used the internet to download large files but my service was being tampered with by my neighbors so I went over my limit all the time and it cost me around $50 a month instead of the $15. I tried switching back but ATT told me you can’t go back to normal DSL after having U-Verse.

My house phone became a separate account than my U-Verse account and that was the main problem with my late fees. They had me pay for services that I wasn’t even using at the time and never refunded or informed me properly. I think ATT allows this confusion to force customers in paying extra fees.

It feels like they intentionally leave everyone on hold all the time. The average waiting time per call was usually around an hour. It discouraged me from calling them and I usually just paid the fees so they would stop threatening to shut off my service and make me pay another reactivation fee.

There were many late fees I paid and I was also charged reactivation fees and none of the workers helped me. They said it was my fault and responsibility to secure my line but no matter how many times I changed my passwords the neighbors could access my service and I had to turn off the wireless option.

Recently I noticed the $15 a month had ended, and what makes me mad is they made the default payment of the elite package as my service. The service I had with the promotion was the express package but they decided to upgrade my account to the elite. I’m considering canceling my service but ATT seems to be the only place that isn’t cable service in my area.

My only reason for having this service was the price. I only use internet for browsing websites, using Facebook and checking e-mails. I’m not usually home very often and since the plan had ended I don’t see the point in paying more than double of what I normally had to pay a month.

The service wasn’t very good. I don’t think it’s worth paying more than maybe $25 a month when it works properly (I would have paid for their DSL service if they allowed me to). People should be warned about all the problems other customers had with U-Verse. I’m glad I refused to use their television service that was included in the package and canceled it when I got the service because they would have also charged me for that. Looking for promotions was my last resort to find any excuse to continue using this service but it’s obvious ATT doesn’t respect their customers after they sucker them into their promotions.

  • James says:

I haven’t been an AT&T wireless customer since 1998, long before the smart phone and I still has a land live in my home. I was so disgusted with Comcast, that when U-verse became available in SE Michigan, I was one of the first 1000 subscribers on October 31, 2008. I haven’t been a loyal AT&T customer of U-shaped TV, maximum high-speed Internet, and AT&T wireless (although the wireless is not bundled).

When my first contract with smartphones expired, my wife and got a similar contract plan to what we previously had, but with top of the line Samsung Galaxy S4 phones, and we kept a 3rd tablet we had. We had unlimited talk and text, and 2gb data on each phone and 3gb data on the tablet. We never came close to using that much data.
A couple months later, a young friend of ours became homeless, I was very sick and could not go to the store to get him on the most reasonable phone plan for everyone involved, so my wife took him and she ended up being a sales person’s dream–the kind of consumer that comes along almost never.
Anyway, I always thought it was the sales person’s job to provide the most cost-effective solution for the customer — especially an existing customer. This sales person sold my wife a plan that would earn him the most commission and made my monthly wireless bill jump from $138 to $206.
When I called to complain, the first customer service agent said they’d change everything around and make it the way it should be–just go to the store later that day and she’d leave notes in the file. When my wife went to the store, they told her the notes only said that I called and asked if I was eligible for an upgrade (which I knew I wasn’t) and to go to the store and they could tell me. My mistake was not having the customer service agent send me an email confirming everything she told me they would do to make the changes I wanted. I’m still thinking of having it out with them over this, especially in light of the wonderful experience I just had with U-verse.
I’ll admit, my household is a huge consumer of TV and Wi-Fi devices. Over the years, our U-verse bill has gone up–and up–and up. Last year, I called to complain because new customers were getting deals at half the price we were (and we were paying for premium channel packages and maximum speed Internet). We were also primary subscribers, and starting to consider Comcast again do to problems we were having with U-verse WiFi speeds, so I called AT&T customer service to tell them I thought my bill was too high and I was considering calling Comcast to see what they could do for me.
I first talked to someone named Aaron. I alread have the U300 channel package (which includes Showtime, TMC, ENC, STRZ and others). His solution was to upgrade me to the U450 package (with more movie channels, all the sports channels so I can watch every game any time, other miscellaneous channels, and so on. I would get this at no charge for three months — after that, $36 would be added to my bill every month making it higher than it was when I initiated this call to complain that my bill was too high.
“That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of!!! GREAT JOB OF UPSELLING!!!” I exclaimed. Do you have a supervisor or someone who can help me. I was then transferred to a very knowledgeable, considerate, and very nice customer retention service manager. Within 5-10 minutes, my problems were heard (or I should say read because this all took place in a chat that I have a report# for and a text file of) and she found some discounts and deals for existing customers and my bill was reduced by $80 a month. I told her that U-verse should teach AT&T wireless a thing or two about customer service.

Thank you so much for the useful article! I have the 3 services: Internet, TV (with TiVO) and Telephone with RCN.com and I’ve been all my 17 years very unhappy with them! (Is TiVO offered by other co’s besides RCN?)

Just contacted AT&T but they don’t service my city in NYC. Yes, I’m always thinking of changing into FIOS or Verizon or a couple of other co’s covering NY but I’m afraid they may be just the same or worse! It would be nice if you could analyze other companies doing besides AT&T?

I wonder if co’s like Netflix and other similar ones who charge so little, by the time they add all those taxes and fees and whathaveyou, wouldn’t be just as much as what I pay? Also the price is low because they don’t include the other 2 services like a triple bundle, no?

    Thanks again! :o)

Beware of signing up thinking that there isn’t a gotcha with the rewards card. You have to wait until the end of the designated period to sign up to receive the card. Then overall you only have 18 days to redeem. That type of timeframe is why they can offer the rewards. Most people can’t keep up with the tight time table. Very disappointed.

  • Joan says:

  • Carrie says:

Could you please send me a code to waive the $100 internet gateway fee? The fee is the ONLY reason I have not signed on with At&t and I hate my current provider with a passion! Alas, I am stuck with them until I have money burning a hole in my pocket or you waive the fee…

She said I would get a rewards card and by her referring me,Β she also would get one. I would like to know when service can be put in, if it is free to install?

I have 2 new tv and all lines are in, I live in Del Webb in Fishers ind.

Please let me know as I am dropping Comcast.

    Thanking you in advance,

What if U-verse does not offer U-verse TV? They only just now started offering internet in our area. We want TV and would like to get one of these promotions.

  • betty darden says:

I seriously think AT&T is the biggest rip-off, ever. I signed with them in 2013 at a rate I felt was reasonable. But when your on a fixed income, you really have to be careful how you spend your money, monthly.
After 3 months into the contract, my statement kept increasing not, 3 or 4 dollars. I’m talking 10-15 dollars EACH month. I wrote corporate a letter, asking them for a solution. I’m still waiting. I left them in October, 2013. About 3- mth’s ago, an AT&T rep. offered me a monthly rate on a bundle package for $116, plus, fee’s. My bill went from $116 to $139.97, from May thru July.

I intend on breaking the 2-yr contract. And I will pay the penalty fee’s.

I really, really hate this company.

  • razzle says:

@Tammy. cancel the service if you hate the bill….. despite what you think you don’t need tv. Don’t sacrifice quality meals because you have a cable bill to pay. Thats just dumb. if you really wanna have your voice heard…call and cancel. at the minimum you’ll get your bill chopped in half by the retention dept.

  • ANETTE says:

Could you send me a code to waive the $100 internet gateway fee?

    Thank you!!!

  • Tammy says:

These cable companies use the satellite to give us service. They do not pay a penny for using the satellite. There is a company that wants to give us free service like when we had antennas. We did not pay for that. This company needs to get approval from the government. Which department I don’t know. We should all send a letter to our mayors, senators, that we are tired of being ripped off by these cable companies. We used to get the cable box at an one time fee. Now we have to rent it. I pay almost $200 a month to watch TV. It can go for food, rent doctor bills. Somebody stop the greedy blood sucking cable companies.

  • Ginger says:

I currently have ATT Uverse. My bill is 144.00 a month for U200 TV & their slowest
speed internet. No premium channels. In the beginning the prices are low, then it goes
Up, way up. I just purchased a Smart TV, and will be switching to Direct TV, because
They are offering a very low priced combo TV & internet. Know within 2 yrs it will
Also go up. It is the way these company’s do business.

  • Alex Delton says:

I found a $400 AT&T rebate coupon online and wanted to ask if anyone has used the site and if they actually got $400?

  • Tori says:

I actually work for AT&T, UVerse department. As agents, we actually give better offers than any of the coupons I’ve read. Customer’s just have to state that they don’t want to pay certain fees. Another thing is, we don’t get commission at all. We are expected to make so many sales a day and if not, we get in trouble. However, I definitely DO NOT get commission. Oh and the introductory offer for new customers is U300 with HBO, 18mbps internet and Voice $200, all for $114 a month and you get a $250 Visa four to six weeks after your services are installed πŸ˜€

How can I get matching prices with the promotions they have with out cancel my existing service?

  • ben says:

Just want to let you all know that I used AT&T’s live website chat to get them to give me a $100 reward card to offset the gateway fee. Also since I was able to select self installation that waived the other $100 installation fee! Definitely use that live chat to request a waiver. I told them straight-up I was switching from Comcast specifically because I don’t have a lot of money. They at first said sorry no promotions available to waive that fee and I then said ok but can I avoid that fee if I sign up for DSL instead of uverse and the customer support agent said well hold on let me see what I can do for you first! πŸ™‚

Not good information for existing u-verse customers. Will not change your plan to a less expensive one as an existing customer.

  • Carl Sagan says:

This is not an official website for att promotions.
There is no $100 promo for signing up with Uverse at all!
There is no code to waive gateway so don’t ask over the phone as it’s pointless.
There is not 1 promotion for Home Phone and Internet for less than $40. High Speed Internet for $14.95 a month is with home phone, not standalone.
Bundle Uverse with your wireless phone and save $5 extra a month, which is true though.
A lot of these prices do not include rental of modem and extra receivers.
