You would approach the problem differently for the different options. Without deadlines I won't feel that I am accomplishing a great deal and it is like doing nothing, not much motivation needed. Deadlines are good you are right. Are you interested in setting up a business? If you are you might want to try looking into the the Young Entrepreneur Society from the <a href="http://www.YoungEntrepreneurSociety.com" rel="nofollow">www.YoungEntrepreneurSociety.com</a>.
