In order to stay motivated, we need to have a purpose. The reason to be motivated should be achievable and reachable in order for it to be effective. We will often times lose sight of this while we are busy with our day to day work. So, it’s important to give myself reminders.
The reminder can be a picture, a computer wallpaper, or even a slip of paper that we stick on our cubicle. The important part is that we need to constantly be able to see it so it will remind us why we need to be driven.
When I get back to the office in 2 days, I will put a picture of my family on my work desk to remind myself that I need to work extra hard to afford all the plane tickets to fly all around the world to visit my family.
Follow me and do the same. You will thank me later.
