My psychology professor once said the exotic is erotic - he was referring to that new girl in class seeming more hot simply because she was new to the class...or new to being in America. There are tons of studies showing that humans actively engage new parts of their brains and feel more awake while something new is being sensed in some way. Pretty interesting. I've also read that the fastest way to influence anyone, including yourself is to change your environment - like studying at Panera Bread Co. Sometimes it is hard to come up with new great - changing your own environment ideas but just about anything can help. - Richard We make our habits and then our habits make us.
