another tips when you use your credit card for online purchased is use "paypal Plugin to secure "layer your transactions.this application is great to keep your trace clean after you hit the buy button and it gives you "random"number to use to purchased so that your card number is "technically"Hidden

While I rarely use a credit card, I do have "Check ID" on the back of mine. I actually get checked about 1/2 of the time, which is better than none at all, but not as good as one would hope.

For the few online vendors I do shop with, I never leave the card info on line - I have to reenter it every time I shop with those vendors. For me, it's just peace of mind and I sleep better at not by not worrying about it.
