Rich People Live a Different Life

by MoneyNing

I was in Japan again recently, and I was fortunate (or maybe not fortunate) to stay with my boss who regularly stays at the Century Hyatt in Tokyo.? I took some pictures, and will be posting some entries about Japan but I want to first talk about the hotel by showing you these pictures.

??

This is actually a remote along with the toilet the remote is for! ?If you look closely, the remote has a stop button, and a button that resembles a spray. ?For those that have guessed it, you can spray water at your buttocks and clean it!? Whether you think this is a good idea or not is another question, but I have never seen this in America and certainly not something everyone will pay money to get!

This place is nicer than my house.? Who says that living in a hotel all the time is tough?

Free books if you are bored!

All the free drinks you can drink.

Well, did I tell you about the free food yet?

This place is spectacular.? At the beginning, I mentioned that getting a taste of being in this nice hotel might end up a bad thing for me. ?What I mean is, now that I get a taste of being here, I might not be happy when I go back to my usual business trips and stay at a normal hotel.

I just have to wait and see!

Hi just wanted to mention I visited Japan about a month before this post is dated and stayed in a comfort inn type of place–chain hotel.
My room was minuscule and I stayed for only two nights but the rate was comparable to the US–$45/ night. It was comfortable, and the breakfast spread you showed above was exactly what I got. It was delicious!!!
I think people don’t realize they can visit Japan easily enough if they can save up for the airfare. And there are lots of safe youth hostels also.
