You have amazing willpower! I love Vegas and I love to gamble…. It’s the thrill of it, I never expect to leave rich… I usually have a set amount I will spend (and then usually visit the atm anyway ) … but I would never spend enough money to hurt us financially… so I have no instant control but in the big picture I guess I’m an alright gambler…

I have an addictive OCD personality on some things and I think gambling would be one of them. I know I want to keep playing cards until I win, but I never play for money. It just doesn’t seem like a good idea for me.

I don’t like gambling. The longer you play, the higher your odds of losing. I also don’t like buying lottery tickets -this is a tax on the poor. And i don’t want to be poor. But sometimes you have to take a chance (with a gambling thing) but always know how much you have on the line..

I only gamble with my life so anytime I go into a casino, I don’t take winnings or losses as seriously as I do with my life. Often at times, if I had some spare cash lying around, I would head over to the cheap tables to see how many hands I could go with. If I luck out, oh well. I can always go back another day, another time.

If you go in with the mentality that you are going to spend that money, there’s a good chance that you are going to lose that money. I go in with the mentality that I will win, but if I lose, I’m okay with parting with that money. You just have to set your limit and stay within it.

Also, I believe that even if you hit big on gambling, you are likely to either lose or waste that money quickly.

A basic rule to gambling or going out is to stay firm on your limit. Live within your budget and do not over extend your hand. Before I go the bars, I hit up the atm first and take out my max limit for the night and from that moment on, I do not take out my card.
