My life has changed since I got married because I’ve gotten much busier! With me starting to prepare for the CFA, my work and also the blog, things are just going crazy around here. This weekend, I even had friends come over and will have a house warming party today!!

    Gracias, David. Glad to see someone write a better lead-in than I could come up with. ;)

    As for the CPUs, yeah it is true, I had wanted a new laptop for the past three years or so but didn’t have the financial means to do so.

    So when I went shopping in January, I had already discovered WordPress, OpenOffice and Paint.NET so I knew there were alternatives to getting Microsoft. While I was drooling over Apple, I just didn’t know enough about them so I went to my old supplier, Dell and managed to get a fast laptop using Vista with the top of the line CPU with 1.8 GB RAM (at least, it was 2 month ago) for only 1K.

    That’s huge considering my first laptop which was the top of the line with 500 MB RAM in 2000 was worth 2.4K.
