Random.org has helped me pick out the winner of the Microsoft Money 2007 Deluxe contest! For those that were wondering, I put down all email subscribers’ email address followed by the websites that linked to my article in an excel spreadsheet. Then, I used the random generator from that site to generate a random number, getting the following.
Mapping the number (62 in this case) to the row number, the winner is the email subscriber that with email address having the pattern h_ _5@ch_p_ _n.edu.
Congratulations! I will be contacting the winner for an address to ship the software to so remember to reply! As I mentioned yesterday, I will be holding another giveaway once the subscriber count reaches 400 so stay tuned! Email subscribers will be automatically entered for all future giveaways so keep checking out the articles for your chance to win.
