Before even starting to study for the CFA exam, I’m already thinking about how little time I would have left for everything else!! I also found out that one of my friends also registered for the same exam so it will be a good motivator for me to study for it.
While I patiently await for my books, remember to check out these great articles from around the blogsphere!
- Moolanomy asks whether we’ve sold our credit scores! Confused? Check out the article!
- TheLocoMono asks whether birthday cards are worth the money anymore! I personally still think so… I actually think they are worth more now that no one else buys them.
- Being Frugal tells us that there’s no shame in renting!
- My Two Dollars talks about a great website for teaching kids about giving and charity!
- LiteDeals has a pretty good deal on a Dell Vistro 1400 Notebook for $767. As for me, I really want a Macbook!
- Technology Slice has a promotional piece on the miracle blade knife. Just don’t let my wife see this!

Wow, CFA. Good for you. That’s something I wanted to do, but finding it hard to change my “track” at 35. I will have to look into this more carefully.
Thank you for including my post!
Thanks for including my poll on the birthday cards. What do you mean they are worth more if no one is buying them? I am sure the answer is obvious, I am just not seeing it.
Thanks for including my link
I personally like Mac also – but I just cannot persuade myself to get one when you can get 3 or more average laptops with the same amount of money.
Apple’s pricing strategy is definitely not for me.
