Good Morning!
- I feel uninspired at the moment.
- I wrote and deleted and wrote and deleted.
- My ink is dry.
- There is no post today.
Speaking of this, what happened to refusing to deliver mediocrity when you aren’t at your best? I miss that in people. How about you?

Well, this is a new side of you – but not a problem.
Honesty is good.
Here’s something to think about….why would a 50 something person with
a paid for house and a debt free life suddenly seeing a house in the country for sale (I’m in city looking at gang graffetti starting to grow on houses nearby) suddenly
want to throw in the towel, buy a little manufactured home with a view of the cow pastures (ok, so MOST views in Moo-town are of cow pastures, with mountains in background), and have a mortgage again???? At least until the house I am in now is finished (paint and flooring and trim) and able to be sold?
Sometimes I need my head examined – but I am putting in an offer on that country house today….
Size wise, it’s 100 sq ft bigger and has a garage, and a double lot (min’es single) but that’s about the only differences in the house.
Sometimes, our minds play tricks on us. Even when we have everything, we feel like something is missing.
Your logical side is telling you that your current house is actually the same as the other one, but your emotional side is telling you something else. It’s newer, and better but more importantly, it’s different.
However, now that you’ve already made the decision, there’s no need to think about it. Just celebrate that you are moving to the new place!
Congratulations!
Thanks for being real. The simplest way to getting where we intend to go begins with acknowledging where we really are today. It’s a risk. Thank you for taking that risk.
Where did you get that comic? I don’t see the attribution. It is hilarious!
The comic came from toothpastefordinner.com, which actually have a whole collection of amazing comics.
I agree with everyone else about being real. It’s nice to see that successful bloggers like yourself actually run out of ideas every once in a while too.
It makes you seem more human
Thanks for sharing!
Lol, good comic. People that use powerpoint as the presentation rather than a visual aid boreeeeeeeeee me!
I second/third/whatever the sentiments that it was nice to see someone just not settling for mediocrity
Ning, the more we want to escape ourselves from the mediocrity, the stronger we get bond with it! So, don’t be too rushed, as it takes time and patience…
