I have been looking in Irvine, CA (not the best places in terms of prices)

My fiancee works in Irvine and I work in Cypress, CA (at the intersection of 405, 22) so anywhere along the 405 would be a better commute for the both of us.

where specifically have you been looking at SoCal? You know that things here are cheaper the further east from the 405.
