There’s no truer words in life!
My happy life is fueled by my wife’s happiness and I will be sure to keep these words dear in my hearts!
On another note, I upgraded to wordpress v2.5 and so far it’s been great! I highly recommend the upgrade to anyone who hasn’t done it yet.
In any case, check out the articles for this week! I’m hosting the carnival of personal finance next week so be sure to check back on Monday for the article!!
- Read about My Two Dollars’ experience with his wife’s $39 glasses. Ridiculous service and company! I hope that they get their money back or something!
- Locomono shares with us his Prosper lending stats. I’ve been too lazy to analyze each borrower and lend money on Prosper so far but I’m sure one day I will jump right in
- I have always wanted a backup drive and I think I’ve found it with LiteDeal’s deal on the Western Digital 500GB external drive.
- Helping with Foreclosure has a post on tips about writing a hardship letter for the bank. Those that are in this process should check this out.
- Get Rich Slowly writes about how we can all conquer our fear for investing! For me, good results will ultimately conquer my fear but JD’s article has some good stuff as always!

External backup drives are great, for less than 100 bucks you can easily store all your computer’s hard drives and restore them as needed should they ever fail and not loose a byte of your data. It was a lesson I learned the hard way when my laptop crashed a few months ago.
I need to update to v2.5, but I keep putting it off.
Couldn’t find a submission form on the CoPF site? I assume it is too late. I have started a new pf blog - http://www.savingtoinvest.com and was hoping to get one my articles out there. Ah well, I guess I will have to wait till the next CoPF.
Great blog by the way and I will be subscribing.
Andy: Go to http://carnivalofpersonalfinance.com/submit.php and put in an article. I will include it if the system pipes it in for this week.
I agree. When a person gets married one rejoice for his/ her partner’s happiness.
