You make a reasonable point. But to suggest that we can all get by on 5 or fewer hours of sleep a night is a bit of a stretch. The person you mentioned worked from 8 am to 6 pm, yet didn't go to bed till 2 am. Given time to get ready for and getting to work in the morning, he can't be getting much more than 5 hours of solid sleep. Definitely not enough for me.

It's so true that we waste so much time!
I'm actually writing this in bed on my new laptop while watching TV.
Before I used to waste at least an hour each day watching TV. No more!

It is your life to do with what you please... and we all fail to realize exactly how much time we waste every single day.

I agree with your point, but the staying up until 2am and getting up at 6am thing... just can't work in the long term. You would have to be really, really successful in a short period of time or something has got to give (whether that be your body -- illness, marriage, your day job -- falling asleep at work, etc.)

Glad you're enjoying so much success!
