		<description>I tend to work better in the morning like most people.  You have more energy, you have a checklist of things you would like to accomplish.  As it gets later in the day, I get tired, hungry, bored, and looking forward to getting home.</description>

		<description>Thats a really interesting thought.  I&#039;ve often found that certain things create &#039;flow&#039; that aren&#039;t really connected to the task at hand.  Certainly time of day is one of those..  for me, it&#039;s also silly things like the pen I&#039;m using --- I don&#039;t know, I&#039;m somehow better able to create and concentrate with certain pens.  But you&#039;re right - there&#039;s no point in trying to concentrate on Finances if you&#039;re not in the mood.  Sometimes I try to save up some mechanical tasks for times like these ... like checking your interest rates against other sources:
