Being a Harry Potter fan, I plan to buy the last book that just came out about a week ago. I wanted to going to Costco first to see how much it costs there first so I should know by today. I’m not sure if I will ever read a novel in my life again after I finish this book since Harry Potter has been the only novel I have read in my life (somehow I got through school without reading any :)).
Before I become consumed in the book though, I want send my thanks to everyone whom left comments on my site the past week. Here are some links from the most active commentators.
Pinyo has a brand new website and he mentioned about a test to see if you are wealthy!
Adam has an interview up with the owner of the website buyafriendabook.com. I think buying a book as a gift is a great idea since it’s worth more for the “giftee” in the long run (assuming you buy him something that will enlightening his thinking).
Zach posted another Investment Metaphor after his fishing trip! I definitely agree with him, patience is key in investing for most of us!
Here are some interesting ones from other PF bloggers
The Digerati Life posted 8 ways to invest internationally. It’s interesting that she choose the Hang Sang index because now I wonder if she originally came from Hong Kong like me!
Money, Matter and Musings has a very simple to understand article on 10 simple steps to becoming wealthy. Enjoy!
Some of the carnivals I was involved in last week
Carnival of Personal Finance
Carnival of Financial Planning
Carnival of Entrepreneurs

We all want a cheap loan but the APR you get charged is often decided by your credit rating. A higher interest loan needs to be thought through and debt help may be needed.7 Responses to “Around the World PF Links Harry Potter Edition”

Hey Money Ning. Thank you for the mention. I love Harry Potter too, but I didn’t buy the this weekend. I held the book for a while and decided that I want to finish reading the Millionaires Next Door first.
Pinyo: Wow that was quick
Not a problem and have fun reading the Millionaires Next Door. Let us know how it is.
Money Ning — ummm… re where I was raised: your guess is pretty close. I’m originally from a country next door to HK — my guess is that I hail from the same country as Pinyo does… still wondering though.
Let’s ask him.
My name is Thai, pretty close to HK. I am enjoying TMND, but I wish I can be lazy and read Harry.
The Digerati Life: I assume Pinyo means he’s come Thailand, is that where you originated?
Pinyo: Thanks for sharing
It’s always great knowing more fellow bloggers!!
Ooops! My assumption was wrong then, but I was born somewhere close by (to Thailand)…
