Another Week of Sharing with You and Getting Closer to The Next Giveaway
If this is your first time visiting, check out the story behind this blog. Otherwise, please join the others by subscribing to my RSS feed or get updates via email so you don't miss any personal finance articles!
As mentioned last week, I will be putting up another giveaway when the RSS readership reaches 300. This week has seen a small increase but we are not quite there yet. I’m actually started to feel a little impatient because I want to give the prize away already
In any case, I will keep my word and wait patiently until 300 happens!!
This week, there was a huge increase in the number of comments from everyone so thank you very much for your continual participation! Your involvement is a major part of what makes this site fun and entertaining since we can all learn from each other!
As always, here are some interesting stories from the top commentators for the week.
- J2R speaks to us about something called the invincibility complex and how to avoid it.
- Marie introduces us to a newsletter that she subscribes to on this post about saving money.
- Eric talks to us about how he would invest if he has a large sum of money inspired by an article from The Simple Dollar. (Eric’s site is down at the time of posting but it will probably come back on soon)
- glblguy explains to us about why debit cards are better than credit cards.
Here are some of the carnivals I was involved in this week.
You can now follow me on twitter! Alternatively, subscribe to my RSS feed or get blog posts through email if you enjoyed this post. You might even win a prize or two by doing so!
