		<description>i do exercise mostly 2 to 3 hrs before my dinner time .. as not able to wake up early in morning ... have to care about office timings too ..

good info shared ... will like to follow  those which can suit my time schedule like eating fruits on time ... and about shower , i have it before sleep at night for sure to get fresh and relax...</description>

		<description>What&#039;s the difference between exercising (do it in the morning) and training (do it in the afternoon)?  I wonder why one would be better in the morning and the other in the afternoon.  I imagine most of us do it whenever it best fits in our schedule.

As for #5.  The shower itself may be relaxing but all the ancillary tasks involved (doing my hair, for example) aren&#039;t relaxing at all.  Maybe that&#039;s more of a man thing!

		<description>Exercising in the morning is great.  It&#039;s when you have the most energy.  I would also say working out during the afternoon right after lunch or before lunch is the best though, if you have that luxury.  You still have the energy level, and it&#039;s a great way to break up your day at work.</description>
