As some of you might know, I’m starting to debate whether I should buy a house or not. I’m under a little bit of pressure from my soon to be wife to buy one, but she also agrees that the prices seem to be dropping down a little bit recently and will continue to do so.
Here’s some February sales numbers from the area that I’m currently targeting. For those that do not know, the zip code is for houses in Irvine, CA (Southern California).
