Best deal I found is to do the following:
Use the on line chat with Dish to simplify it. They will still be pushy and say I am getting you the best deal right now. Just keep in mind nothing is wrong with saying I will think about it and not committing immediately.
I think the following gets you the best deal:
1) Use Promo code SWITCHNOW which gets you a 200 dollar gift card, in addition all to the ongoing promotions which is 50 percent off the normal price. Jut remember to downgrade plans in a year to limit you after one yea cost.
2) Next add the referral code VCD0013880064 which gives you an extra 50 off as it is credited to you account at 5 dollars a month for the next 10 months.
My recommendation is to take the 250 channel package as they give you an extra 35 off per month for the first year. Drop that package down after the first year free of charge . I also took the free HBO, Showtime, and Blockbuster with the intent of dropping it after the 90 day trial.
