Scottrade’s business model is one that every company should mimic – happy employees = happy customers. Not only did the company never layoff anyone, they also issue a quarterly bonus without fail (even through the financial crisis!). To say that Scottrade is committed to their employees is an understatement. It’s no wonder that they are still thriving with customers lining up to join them every single day.
They are also running a promotion which I think is genius.
