Or are you still thinking about it? One thing to remember, if you are going to bank finance it - it will be a lot easier to finance it now while you still have the 9-5 job than when you are self-employed.... that's a LOT of extra paperwork and often times more trouble than it's worth. One thing to remember, if you are going to bank finance it – it will be a lot easier to finance it now while you still have the 9-5 job than when you are self-employed…. that’s a LOT of extra paperwork and often times more trouble than it’s worth. Good luck!
