Reading back over your favorite blogs of the month, what did you decide to do on the rental investment property? Or are you still thinking about it?
One thing to remember, if you are going to bank finance it - it will be a lot easier to finance it now while you still have the 9-5 job than when you are self-employed…. that’s a LOT of extra paperwork and often times more trouble than it’s worth. Good luck!
