Regarding Facebook, it's a setting on the same page that gives you the code. Right under "Select Page", there's "include stream" and "include fans". Just uncheck those and you will get a small box. Believe me, time certainly flies as you get older. Before you know it they will be heading off to college. Make sure and take some time every day to enjoy them.
