However, I have seen people bring back the 32 oz. plastic cups and refill them over and over, even though the campaign for that particular cup passed months before. And we get a lot of people who insist they ordered a drink or fries. I'm a manager, and I explain to them that "the cashier probably didn't hear that part, but you weren't charged for it either.
